The objective of a pre-condition/post-condition survey is to examine the external and internal of an existing building condition. Using high resolution photographs taken during survey would represent the general condition of the properties at the time. Consequently, surveys avoid unnecessary protracted disputes between property owner and contractors, thus minimizing any event that claims are made for any subsequent damage arising from the works.
